Olá meus amores!!!

Bom, já que eu estou no Brasil, vou inverter minhas postagens. (Do not worry, english follow bellow)

O verão tá com tudo aqui! :-D E amanhã é dia de praia... mas enquanto amanhã não chega hj foi dia de cuidar do corpinho... até pq, com essa minha dieta brasileira se eu não tomar conta.... :-P

Bom... fui à feira, com meus pais, comprar umas sardinhas, que eu AMO comer fritas com uma saladinha fria.... e dei uma paradinha nas drogarias Raia, pra comprar esmaltes e creminhos, qd bati o olho na geladeira e achei essa delícia!!! :-D
Ahhhhhhh, meu coração derretou! :-) Como eu AMO mate com guaraná!!! (coisa que eu sempre acho difícil de encontrar e impossível de achar em Amsterdam!)

Mas enfim... depois de digerir meu delicioso almoço, meu maninho me levou para a academia onde ele malha (eu já havia malhado lá. alguns anos atrás... adoro aquele lugar, ótimas aulas e gente super legal, inclusive fiz uma súper caminhada ao Cristo com um grupo de lá - clica aqui).
Enfim... Fui lá e me inscrevi!!! E já comecei!
Quem sabe, além de não ganhar, ainda perco umas graminha (kilos melhor ainda ;-) )

Bom... agora que eu já falei e falei e falei... vou ficar por aqui... que tá tarde eu quero assistir um filminho antes de mimi...

Hello dears!

The summer here is all good things! I love this hot weather! I am melting away but I am happy! :-D

And tomorrow is beach day! I am sooooo looking forward to it! I need to charge up my natural color, which is fading away with all the cold weather from Nl...

Anyhow, today is not tomorrow and it was agym day... (btw, don't think this is a translation... it has the same content, but it has completely different coordenation).
My brother took me to the gym where he works out. In fact, I used to workout in the same place, a few years ago, ad I really like the place and the classes... btw, I even went to a walk to the Cristo with their group once (check out here).
I even started to workout today already!

And as if it wasn't enough I found one of my favorite drinks ever!!! Matte with guaraná!!! I LOVE this mix! And I find it soooo hard to find it, and impossible in Amsterdam! So I was like, in heaven, buying the cup of heaven for me!

ok, I am stopping now, because I am writing way too much, is late and I want to watch a movie before going to bed...
