LOVE socks

I simply LOVE socks!
Tights, ankle socks, knee high socks, ..., coloured ones, printed ones... you name it!

In fact, my love is kind of getting out of control... so that when I need just simply black or brown socks, I can't find them! :-P And then I NEED to go out to buy me new ones, which I every other 3 months do, and then I get more printed ones (and just one black, which will disappear :-/) and NEVER get rid of old ones!
I am running out of space for my socks! :-O

And, now, while browsing through my new magazine, I found those gorgeous Hansel from Basel socks! I don't know if I will be able to resist to them! I feel I need new ones ;-)

Eu simplesmente AMO meias!
Meia-calça, meias 3x4, 7x8, socket, ..., coloridas, estampadas... o que vc imaginar!

Na verdade, esse meu amor por meias é tão grande que está começando a sair um pouco fora do controle... tanto que quando eu preciso de meias pretas ao marrom, eu nunca encontro um bom par. Aí eu preciso ir as compras, e eu faço isso a cada 3 meses e compro mais várias coloridas e apenas um novo par preto :-P e NUNCA jogo nada fora!!! :-/
Tô ficando sem lugar para guardar minhas meias!! :-O

E agora, enquanto folheando uma das minhas revistas novas, eis que encontro essas maravilhas da Hansel from Basel! E eu não sei não... Acho que não vou conseguir me controlar! Tô sentindo que eu tô precisando de meias novas ;-)

And here I am again, sharing a bit of my style with you ;-)

Today I will do a quick one, ok? I am just back from the dutch course, I am tired and tomorrow I have a busy day...

So, here is part of my outfit today!

*The bag I bought in Maastricht (can't remember the name of the store), it is an birkin inspired one, and I LOVE IT!

*The shoes are from Antonella (a brazilian shoes' store), I love this shoes store!!! They are quite old, and guess what, cloggs are in fashion again! YEY ME! (I just want a flower to add to it and make it a bit more summer.)

E aqui estou eu para mais uma vez dividir meu estilo com vcs ;-)

Hoje vai ser uma rapidinha, tudo bem? Eu acabei de chegar do curso de holandês e estou super cansada e amanhã tenho um dia cheio pela frente...

Então... aqui vai parte do meu outfit de hj!

*A bolsa eu comprei em Maastricht (não lembro o nome da loja), ela é inspirada na birkin e eu simplesmente AMEI!

*Os sapatos eu comprei na Antonella (uma sapataria brasileira), e eu amo esse par de tamancas!!! E olha só, elas estão de volta a moda! YEY ME! (agora tudo que eu preciso são umas flores para prender nelas, para dar um ar mais de verão.)

E aí, gostaram? Aguardem que vem mais! ;-)

my style

So... yesterday the rain decided to come down, with all its strength, just while I was on the bike, on my way from work to the dutch course.

Awesome... not!

I've arrived at the class soaked wet and had to spent three hours with thick wet jeans on me...

Another thing, I found out, while biking, that rain and those shoes weren't a very good combination for biking...

Anyhow, once inside safe zone, the rain stop (at least it didn't come back when I left the course), and I was able to at least rest my wet feet...

Then I've decided to snap this shot...

As some of you might know by now, I LOVE BAGS!!! (shoes too! :-) )

And here a few of my new acquisitions (yes, it is plural!)... The small bag I got at Zara, I loved the nude palette, the inside print is just gorgeous and is very practical for your first needs. If you need more, like I did for work and course, then you can carry an extra bag (or one huge one, as I usually do, but I find very practical to have a small bag in combination too).

The pink tote/canvas bag I got it on a small shop next to my house. There is also a lovely print inside, and fits all my sketch books and notebooks inside (and today, my dutch books!)

And, last, but not least, I got myself another heart purse, from River Island (I say another, because last year I got one too, but nothing did fit inside quite well, then my mother decided to keep it for her and now she uses it ;-) ).

So... here is a bit of my style to you ;-)

Now I have to run, or better, bike (should I use my lovely shoes again? ;-) :-P )

Então... ontem a chuva resolveu cair, com toda a sua força, bem quando eu estava na bicileta indo do trabalho para o curso de holandês.

Great... not!

Eu cheguei no curso completamente enxarcada (é com x ou com ch? gente, por favor corrige se eu fizer algum erro, eu sei que meu português anda meio capenguinha.... :-( ) e tive que passar 3 horas com os jeans molhados...

Outra coisa, que eu descobri enquanto pedalava, meu lindos sapatos e chuva não fazem uma combinação muito perfeita na bicicleta...

De qq maneira, uma vez em zona de segurança, a chuva resolveu parar (e pelo menos não voltou quando eu saí da aula) e eu pude relaxar meus pezinhos...

Aí resolvi tirar essa fotinho...

Como vcs já devem ter reparado, EU AMO BOLSAS!!! (sapatos tb! :-) )

E aqui vc pode encontrar algumas das minhas últimas aquisições (sim, no plurar!)... A bolsa pequena é da Zara, eu amei essa cor nua, a estampa do interior é uma graça e ela é super prática para as suas primeiras necessidades. Se vc precisar de mais, como eu precisei para o trabalho e o curso, vc pode então carregar outra bolsa com vc (ou, claro, uma bolsa grande, como eu tb costumo fazer, mas eu tenho que confessar que ter uma mini-bolsa a tira colo é sempre uma boa tb).

A bolsa rosa eu comprei em uma loja perto da minha casa. Ela tb tem uma estampa maravilhosa do lado de dentro e ela acomoda todos os meus cadernos de desenho e anotações (e hj, os meus livros de holandês!)

E por último, mas não menos importante, a minha carteirinha de coração, da River Island (ano passado eu havia comprado outra, mas não cabia quase nada, aí mamãe resolveu pegar para ela e ela está fazendo bom uso da fofinha ;-) ).

Então... aqui está um pouco do meu estilo para vc ;-)

Agora eu tenho que correr, ou melhor, pedalar (será que eu devo usar o mesmo par de sapatos de ontem? ;-) :-P )

Let's talk about fashion... (fake X inspiration)

Hello my lovelies!

How are you doing?

Hope you are all fine and enjoying the weekend.

I had a week lacking inspiration and I will have a weekend ahead of me filled up with work to do and some exercises to correct (but at least the class is close to an end! you know... I LOVE to give talks and prepare presentations, but is not the same feeling I have when I have to prepare classes and give them... I am not a teacher... too bad, cause I envy the people with the gift for it.)

Anyhow, before I dive in in my files I've decided to stop by and share those images from Prada!

I've just read on Garotas Modernas that Prada is launching this new collection using old fabric... I've loved everything! I love pumps and the bags are just cute, sooo flowery, so happy, so summer!

But, looking at the bags, a question came up to my mind: what is fake?

Well, of course, this is Prada, so not a fake! BUT those bags are INPIRED by the quilted chain chanel bags, no one can deny!

So, I guess if it has another brand's name is not fake, is just inspired?!

I have two quilted bags inspired by the chanel 2.55, one I got at Mango and the other I got on mall in Rio (and I really can't remember the name of the store, next time I am around I'll check it out ;-) )

So, my question to you: are my bags fake?

I would say NO! They are just inspired by! If Prada can be inspire by, why can't too a small store?

In fact, why can't a person with very good sewing and quilting ability get inspired and do it too!

As long no one is trying to pin a fake logo, inspiration can sell inside the high fashion industry and it can outside too!

After all, not all of us can spend their whole month salary in one bag, just so this brand gets richer while we get more poor ;-)

This is my opinion!

Como vcs estão?

Espero que estejam curtindo o final de semana.

Eu passei uma semana completamente sem inspiração alguma e agora vou passar um final de semana mergulhada em trabalho e exercícios para serem corrigidos (mas pelo menos as aulas estão chegando ao fim... eu AMO me apresentar em conferências e preparar apresentações, mas esse não é o mesmo sentimento com relação a aulas... eu não sou uma professora... uma pena, pq eu realmente invejo quem tem talento para dar aula.)

De qualquer maneira, antes de eu mergulhar nos meus afazeres eu decidi dar uma paradinha aqui para dividir com vcs essas imagens da nova coleção da Prada!

Eu acabei de ver no Garotas Modernas que a Prada está lançando uma nova coleção utilizando tecidos antigos... Eu amei tudo! As sapatilhas são fofíssimas e as bolsas são lindíssimas, tão floridas, tão alegre, tão verão!

Mas, enquanto eu olhava para as fotos, uma pergunta me veio a mente: o que é falso?

Bom, claro que isso é Prada, então não é falso! MAS essas bolsas são claramente INSPIRADAS na chanel 2.55, e ninguém pode negar!

Então... eu acho que se tem o nome de outra marca não é falso, é só inspirado em?!

Eu tenho duas bolsas inspiradas na chanel 2.55, uma eu comprei na Mango e outra eu comprei um uma loja dentro de um shopping no Rio (e eu realmente não consigo me lembrar do nome da loja, da próxima vez que eu estiver lá, eu dou uma olhadinha ;-) )

Então, a minha pergunta para vc é: as minhas bolsas são falsas?

Eu responderia NÃO! Elas são apenas inspiradas em! Se a Prada pode se inspirar, por que não também uma loja pequena?

Na verdade, por que não também uma pessoa com habilidades em corte, costura e máquina!

Contanto que vc não esteja carregando um logotipo falso, inspiração pode ser vendida dentro da alta costura, tanto quanto fora!

Afinal de contas, nem todas nós podem se dar ao luxo degastar o salário de um mês em uma bolsa, só para que certas marcas enriqueçam mais e mais enquanto nós empobrecemos mais e mais ;-)

Essa é a minha opinião!
