Olá meus queridos!

Como foi o final de semana de vcs?

O meu foi ótimo e bem cheio, visitando amigos e familiares e domingo eu vim para o Rio.

Cheguei ontem pela manhã e estou virando minhas 5 horas de diferença. ;-)

Essa sexta-feira é meu aniversário, então se preparem para fotos na próxima semana ;-)

How was the weekend?

Mine was great and very busy, visiting friends and relatives and by sunday evening I was flying to Rio.

I've arrived yesterday and now I am readjusting my 5 hours of difference.;-)

Na casa dos meus pais aqui no Rio, todo dia pela manhã (uma vez que o verão chega) vc pode ouvir as maritacas cantando enquanto passeiam pela vizinhança e ontem eu consegui pegá-los em seu descanço...

Hello!

Every time when summer comes in, and as long as it stays, the maritacas fly around and sing all morning around my parents neighbourhood. Yesterday I was able to get those two little friends here in their rest.

Bom... desde que eu cheguei aqui no Rio que eu tenho frequentado a academia religiosamente!
Tô lá sempre para as aulas de aeróbica, alongamento e depois uma corrida na esteira!
E olha que eu acordo cedo para isso! E eu estou de férias! Mas qd vc gosta, gosta, né? Não tem hora ruin!!! ;-)

Eu tô malhando numa academia chamada ABM, no Grajaú! O lugar é ótimo e os professores excelentes. E, mais importante, a vista verde!
EU A M O a vista que eu tenho da sala de ginástica! É uma delícia!
Então hj eu carreguei a máquina comigo e tirei umas fotinhos ;-)

Oh well, since I arrived in Rio I've been working out, religiously, in a gym.
I am awlays there for the aerobic and stretching class plus a run!
And, I wake up early for this! Plus, I am on vacation! But when you like you really like and there is no bad time ;-)

I workout on a gym called ABM, in Grajaú! The place is great with excellent teachers. Plus, the most important, it has an amazing green view from the gimnastic room! It is great! SO today I took the camera with me and snapped a few shots to share with you. ;-)

Olá!

Esse fim de tarde eu, meus pais e meu irmão fomos ao shopping da Tijuca para umas cervejinhas!

btw, o shopping está tão lindinho, todo enfeitadinho, espero voltar lá antes do dia 6 de janeiro para tirar umas fotinhos...

Em todo caso, antes da cerveja eu comi um sunday! Eu não como um faz tanto tempo e estava tão quente... estava uma delícia!!!

Espero que todos vcs tenham curtido um excelente final de semana e desejo a todos um ótimo começo de semana...
Eu, eu estou de férias, então vejo vcs por aqui ;-)

This evening me, my parents and my brother went for some beer time at the Tijuca Shopping mall!

btw, the mall looks amazing for the end of year parties (guess they will undo it on the 6th)... Too bad I didn't have time for pics, next time! ;-)

Anyhow... Just before the beer I had this desire for sundays! :-)
So long I don't have one and it was so hot! It was delicious!

Olá meus amores!!!

Bom, já que eu estou no Brasil, vou inverter minhas postagens. (Do not worry, english follow bellow)

O verão tá com tudo aqui! :-D E amanhã é dia de praia... mas enquanto amanhã não chega hj foi dia de cuidar do corpinho... até pq, com essa minha dieta brasileira se eu não tomar conta.... :-P

Bom... fui à feira, com meus pais, comprar umas sardinhas, que eu AMO comer fritas com uma saladinha fria.... e dei uma paradinha nas drogarias Raia, pra comprar esmaltes e creminhos, qd bati o olho na geladeira e achei essa delícia!!! :-D
Ahhhhhhh, meu coração derretou! :-) Como eu AMO mate com guaraná!!! (coisa que eu sempre acho difícil de encontrar e impossível de achar em Amsterdam!)

Mas enfim... depois de digerir meu delicioso almoço, meu maninho me levou para a academia onde ele malha (eu já havia malhado lá. alguns anos atrás... adoro aquele lugar, ótimas aulas e gente super legal, inclusive fiz uma súper caminhada ao Cristo com um grupo de lá - clica aqui).
Enfim... Fui lá e me inscrevi!!! E já comecei!
Quem sabe, além de não ganhar, ainda perco umas graminha (kilos melhor ainda ;-) )

Bom... agora que eu já falei e falei e falei... vou ficar por aqui... que tá tarde eu quero assistir um filminho antes de mimi...

Hello dears!

The summer here is all good things! I love this hot weather! I am melting away but I am happy! :-D

And tomorrow is beach day! I am sooooo looking forward to it! I need to charge up my natural color, which is fading away with all the cold weather from Nl...

Anyhow, today is not tomorrow and it was agym day... (btw, don't think this is a translation... it has the same content, but it has completely different coordenation).
My brother took me to the gym where he works out. In fact, I used to workout in the same place, a few years ago, ad I really like the place and the classes... btw, I even went to a walk to the Cristo with their group once (check out here).
I even started to workout today already!

And as if it wasn't enough I found one of my favorite drinks ever!!! Matte with guaraná!!! I LOVE this mix! And I find it soooo hard to find it, and impossible in Amsterdam! So I was like, in heaven, buying the cup of heaven for me!

ok, I am stopping now, because I am writing way too much, is late and I want to watch a movie before going to bed...

Ok!
Tomorrow starts my vacation time!
I am going home! (well, not really, I am home, but I am also going back home! It is so nice to have two homes!)
Now I just need to push everything inside my suitcase and relax for three weeks!
See my family, friends and have an amazing second time wedding + full party and of course! The honey-moon! :-D
I'll probably not be blogging around much... so, for my lovely readers!

The birthday gift

So... as you know I am on vacation in Rio!!! :-D
Have said that, I won´t be posting here for sometime, cause I have to enjoy this short time of real sun!!!

BUT today I do need to make an entry... today I received my brother´s birthday gift: a wakeboard lesson!!!

It was great!!!

I won´t have time to put all the pictures online, not yet, cause they were around 200 (1hr for me, one hour for my brother)... but I will do leave some here, so you can have some taste ;-)

vacation!!!

Hello hello!

So we are in may... and I am finally having some real time off!
I am in Brazil!!!! :-D

Last few days were very busy!
Even though it was holliday in Nl... we had parties to attend... moving to do... and the Queen's say to enjoy!
This did led me to days without much sleep! Going to bed at 5am... 3am... and wakin up between 9am and 10am...

After the moving... I had too little time to arrange the house... I've done just a bit... and Pieter did the rest (meaning that the house is still a mess :-P ) and the day after the Queesn's day I cam to Brazil!

The flight was ok... one hour till Paris... where I spent the night in the IBIS hotel, cause of techinical problems... then in te next day the fliht left with one hour delay... another okey flight... but with loads of smallville in my ipod to watch! ;-)
And then... finally at 1600 I was in Brazil!!! hugging my family! :-D

The days up to here were also busy!
After my arrival I went home for a shower and then straight to the restaurant to celebrate my arrival and my father's birthday!
The next day we went to Leblon... had a nice time... and sunday morning I ran!!! :-D

Now I am resting... and feeling pain all over my body... but feeling happy and relaxed... (even though I miss my baby a lot...)

end of hollidays - miss my baby...

Ah... I've been far from my computer for so long and it has been so good... Since I came back to Rio I was only working working and working... since the same day that I arrived here, to be sure... but by the end of the year Pieter came to save me! :-D

He came and stayed for almost three weeks!!! it was so good! We did so many nice things (The New's Year Eve in Copacabana, Cristo Redentor, Loaf Sugar, Paraty, Arraial, boat trips!) well, what could we expect?! When we are together everything is nice and fun!!! ;-) even nothing at all is nice!

But today he left! :'(

And now, far from him and back to work! sighs... life can be good sometimes... but most of the time life is hard!!!!

Soon I will post all the pictures in my pictures page! with histories...
