Of course that by now this room looks a little bit messy with all the diapers change... Plus, some of the original decor proved not to be the most efficient. And in the case of diaper changing/baby crying/food time efficiency is a lot more important than decor ;-)

Como prometido há um tempo atrás, aqui vão as fotos do quartinho do meu pequeno príncipe!

Lógico que a essa altura o quarto parece um pouquinho menos organizado... e alguns dos designs originais tiveram que ser modificados após provarem não ser o mais eficiente possível... afinal de contas, em se tratando de troca de fraldas/nenem chorando/hora da comida, eficiência fala mais alto que decoração! ;-)

On the bright side... Mom just brought me a delicious breakfast in bed! :-)

I wonder where my summer days did go? It just rains all the time and is quite cold...

My plan of tanning in the garden is still just a plan... in fact, more close to a dream...

But talking about dream... How dreamy is this pink lounge space!?

I can stare at it, close my eyes, sip some tea-juice-whatever and pretend I am in a sunny place like there... :-)

One of our acquisitions is this awesome lamp!
I am so happy with it! I think it looks so gorgeous and delicate :-)

Na verdade, eu estou desejando comer chocolate desde ontem a noite, e NADA!

Eu olho e olho para essas deliciosas fotografias, desejando que eu tivesse uma travessa de morangos coberto com chocolates, mas tudo que eu tenho perto de mim são morangos normais e maçãs...

Ao invés do poster "Fique calma e coma chocolate" eu estou mais para a mesagem: "Fique calma e continue sonhando" :-P sighs....

Hello all!

How was your weekend?
My weekend was very relaxing... breakfast at the garden, some drawing, painting, sewing... creativity was all around me! I was sooo inspired :-)
Plus some "spring cleaning" around the house...

And to make it better, monday I had a free day and at night I went to Sade in Concert in Rotterdam!
It was soooo great!

Now I am back at the office, for just a week more, before I enter in maternity leave...
So all is good and I promise I will post some new pictures I've made around the house and from my creative projects!

Como vcs passaram o final de semana?
O meu final de semana foi ótimo! Super relaxante... café da manhã na varanda com vista para o jardim... eu estava tão inspirada que eu costurei, pintei, desenhei... vários pequenos projetos que eu prometo postar fotos mais tarde ;-)

Eu e o maridão tb fizemos uma limpezinha nas caixas que nunca haviam sido abertas desde a mudança... (um ano! :-O hehehehe, mas tb... pra que a pressa)

E para ficar ainda melhor, ontem eu tive um dia de folga e a noite nós fomos à Rotterdam assistir o Concerto da Sade!
Foi MARAVILHOSO!

Tudo bem quando termina bem... ainda mais quando a trajetória tb é boa ;-)
Hj eu estou de volta ao escritório, mas só por mais uma semaninha antes de eu entrar de licença maternidade!

Lovely Etsy of the day!

I just LOVE socks!
Anyone who knows me, knows that... I really do!
This is something that, ironically, ends up making me with no socks at all at the end!

I like colorful socks, statement socks... LOVE tights!
Then I go on and buy all colorful ones, in different prints and usually long ones... :-) They make me smile! How to say no?
So, working days come in and I am every morning looking for a sober white/black/brown pair of socks... Which I NEVER have in hand!

I plan and plan to buy new ones, and then what happen, I do end up buying new prints and once again I have no "normal" socks..

BUT tell me!... How to resit to something so cute like those ones here!?

E isso, ironicamente, me deixa sempre em maus lenções e na falta de meias!

Eu gosto de meias coloridas, meias que façam impacto! Eu AMO meia-calças!
Então, quando o horário de trabalho chega e eu tenho que me arrumar, eu sempre perco horas procurando por um par preto/branco/marrom para poder usar sem chamar muita atenção... As quais eu NUNCA tenho a mão!

Eu planejo e planejo comprar novos pares de meias e então, o que acontece... eu me deparo com coisinhas LINDAs como essas aqui...
Me diz!... Como resistir!!!???

Hello!

I realize I am kind of away for some time, so I though it would be nice to put a post here to let you know I am still alive and kicking ;-)
(well, I am not kicking, but the baby inside me is kicking non-stop)

This is my last month at work before I go in maternity leave... so I am tying some nods...
Besides that, the garden is all finally done, so any sunny day is day to be lazying around outside...
And on top of it all, entering the 8th month means now the baby room has to be ready! ;-)

Hope you are all having a lovely time!
I will try to keep you posted, but be aware that the blog will probably see a deep lack of posts around july ;-)

Eu reconheco que eu estou meio que sumida, então resolvi dar uma paradinha aqui para anunciar que eu estou viva! ;-)

O bebê está num mexe mexe que só! Não para! :-)
Esse é o meu último mês de trabalho antes da licenca maternidade, entao eu estou atando alguns nós...
E além do mais, o jardim está pronto e qq oportunidade de relaxar no sol é para lá que eu vou ;-)

E, lógico, entrando no oitavo mês, isso significa que o quarto do bebê tem que estar pronto agora mesmo! :-P

Eu vou tentar manter vcs informados, mas vou avisando desde já, que lá para julho vcs devem sofrer de falta de postos ;-)

Green!

My farmer's corner in my office is a delight!
Yesterday I worked from home so I didn't check on them, but today thw first thing was to check it out and look how gorgeous are they growing!

Apparently I do have a good hand! :-)
With a zen corner at home an a farmer's one in the office and the garden in the way... Maybe I just found me a new hobby! ;-)

Garden state

So... This is how our garden looks like now.
Hubby took off all the weed that was growing around and killing our grass... Our pot plants are strong and blossoming and the place is ready to receive the new roll out grass and a brand new back terrace!

But first, the varanda! :-)
Tomorrow a guy comes to put tiles in it and sitting outside for breakfast will make part of my blog pictures again ;-)

Cant wait for summer, maternity leave and spend time outside with the baby!

I will post the progress on it ;-)

Então... Esse é o estado atual do nosso jardim...

O maridão arrancou todas as ervas daninhas que estavam acabando com o nosso gramado e preparou o terreno para receber novo gramado e um pátio!
Nossas plantinhas em potes estão crescendo firme e forte e florescendo :-)

E amanhã o rapaz que vai fazer o piso da nossa varanda vem para começar o trabalho.
Fique de olho no progresso que eu irei registrar aqui!

Mal posso esperar para o verão chegar! Lincensa materidade e muito tempo para me divertir com o bebê nesse espaço tão gostoso!

On the park

How is it going?
The weather here got a bit cold, wind blowing quite cold, but the sun is still shining and the rain didnt win!

Today I worked from home and at lunch time I took a walk on the park with hubby :-)
The park looks so different from winter time! So green and full of blossons trees! :-)
It is a treat for the eyes!

O clima aqui caiu alguns graus, vento frio soprando... Mas o sol ainda está reinando e a chuva não deu as caras!
Hj eu trabalhei de casa e na hora do almoço dei uma voltinha pelo parque com o maridão!

As árvores estão super verdes e há flores em todos os cantos! É um colírio para os olhos!

I am at starbucks, having a strawberry and cream thing... (which I looove, and hubby thinks is sweet pioson :-P)

Plans for friday even is relax in a terrace a enter in weekend mood!
The week was heavy!

But today one of my team mates realized I match my scarf and my laptop bag case...
